Wishing my paycheck away...

Ahhh, Fall. I have to say it is my favorite season. I love the leaves, the colors, the crisp air, and especially the clothes. Fall, to me, is the best season to dress for. It is a little in-between with the weather, so I like the variety of being able to wear a dress one day and jeans the next.

I, like many other Americans am feeling the strings tightening on my wallet and disposable income. This is when it bothers me. I am a young professional with a full time job, and finishing paying off school and rent and I hate that I have to watch my pennies. I guess I had this idea that when I finally graduated I would get a job, become an executive and have fabulous clothes-but like every other twenty-something I am still having the find deals at H&M to supplement the fact that I can't afford the type of clothes that really make me look like an high-class executive (and have the money to still have a some-what decent social life).

Well, Se la vie. I am where I am and I am happy to be living in a great City that I know still has many surprises and opportunities in store for me. So on that note, here is my Deals and Wish Lists for this seasons' clothing. Ahhh, fall.

1. Shooties (shoe-booties)

I thought I would hate this little trend, but really, I have warmed up to it. Still, not all of these types of shoes look good on my legs, but there is something about them that makes me feel rocker-chic.
